1. Which books/authors have most influenced you as an author and why?

I love Jude Deveraux books because she was the first author I read that transported me through time. I love time travel novels and I guess that’s why I enjoy writing them.  I also love Lynn Kurland’s books. Both of these authors have familial connections that link many of their books. Kurland not only writes about time travel, but also infuses her books with the most adorable ghosts.

2. If you could meet one of your favorite fictional characters, who would you choose and why?

Morgan from my work in progress because she is just too funny.

3. What fictional world would you most like to visit?

I’d love to visit other times…as long as I could easily get back.

4. What advice would you give your pre-published self, knowing what you know now?

Act sooner rather than later and have enough confidence in yourself.
